RETURN POLICY

Shenzhen Dianyu Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website myaiwow.com (the "Site"). This Return & Refund Policy governs the return and refund of products purchased through our Site.

 

Please do not ship returns to any "return address" printed on the package you received — that is not our address.

 

1. Order Cancellation


If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@myaiwow.com with your order number and cancellation reason.


a. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase that have not yet been shipped, we will provide a full refund.


b. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase that have not yet been shipped, we will process a partial refund (purchase price minus a 15% cancellation fee).


c. If the order has already been shipped, we will not accept cancellation requests. Please wait until you receive the package and then apply for a return under this Policy.


d. Generally, you will receive your refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If you have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact us via email.)


 2. Return & Exchange Period


We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please note that requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


3. Return Conditions


All returned or exchanged items must be:


- Unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging


- With all internal sealed bags, bricks, and instruction manuals unopened and intact


- In resaleable condition, with no missing pieces, damaged boxes, or broken seals


If these conditions are not met (including if the internal sealed plastic bags are opened or the box seal is broken), we reserve the right to refuse the return, deduct a reasonable amount from the refund, or require the buyer to bear all related costs.


4. Return & Exchange Process


Step 1: Please email our customer service team at support@myaiwow.com to request a Return Authorisation (RA) and the correct return address. Please include your order number and the reason for return/exchange in your email.


Step 2: Our customer service team will send you return/exchange instructions via email. Please follow these instructions carefully to complete the process. Do not send your return to any address printed on the package you received — that is not our address.


Step 3: Once we receive and inspect your return package, we will process your refund or exchange within one week. You will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.


- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


- Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Please note that shipping fees and handling fees are non-refundable.


- Refund Timing: Generally, you will receive your refund within 5 to 15 business days from the date we process it. (If you have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact us via email.)



 5. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs


All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse return or exchange shipping fees under any circumstances.


 6. No Unauthorised Returns


We do not accept returns sent back without prior authorisation. All returns must obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) and the correct return address from us before being shipped back.


7. Missing or Damaged Items


If your package is missing pieces, has damaged bricks, or the box is crushed during transit, please keep the outer packaging so we can verify the information. Without the original outer packaging, we may not be able to assist you.


8. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:


- Any product where the internal sealed bags have been opened or the box seal is broken


- Final sale or clearance items


- Custom or personalised building sets


- Items damaged due to customer misuse during or after assembly


- Products returned without all original bricks, boxes, and manuals


 9. Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or defective item (e.g., missing pieces, deformed bricks, or missing instruction manual), please contact us at support@myaiwow.com within a reasonable time. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund. Please note that return shipping costs for faulty items remain the responsibility of the customer, and shipping fees and handling fees from the original order are non-refundable.


10. Exchanges


If you wish to exchange an item for a different set, please follow the return process above (Step 1–Step 3) and place a new order for the desired item. Please note that exchange shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer. Contact us at support@myaiwow.com for assistance.
