Building Guide

Welcome to the myaiwow Building Guide! Whether you are a first-time builder or a seasoned collector, this guide will help you get the most out of your building block sets.

1. Getting Started

Before you begin your build, we recommend the following steps:

- Find a clean, flat, and well-lit workspace
- Open your set and lay out all the pieces on a flat surface
- Sort the bricks by colour or size to make them easier to find during assembly
- Read through the instruction manual from start to finish before you begin
- Check that all pieces listed in the manual are present in your box

If any pieces are missing, please contact us at support@myaiwow.com and we will arrange replacements for you.

2. General Building Tips

Here are some tips to make your building experience smoother and more enjoyable:

- Follow the instructions step by step — do not skip ahead, as each step builds on the previous one
- Press bricks firmly together to ensure a snug fit, but avoid using excessive force
- If two bricks do not seem to fit, double-check that you are using the correct pieces shown in the manual
- Use a small container or tray to organise small pieces and prevent them from getting lost
- Take breaks if you feel tired — building should be fun, not a race

3. Common Techniques

Many building sets use certain techniques that may be new to beginners. Here are a few common ones:

- Stacking: The most basic technique — simply stacking bricks on top of each other to build walls and structures
- Staggering: Offsetting bricks in a brick-wall pattern to create stronger, more stable structures
- SNOT (Studs Not On Top): A technique where bricks are placed on their sides or upside down to create smooth surfaces or unique angles
- Layering: Building in layers, completing one level before moving to the next, to ensure stability
- Symmetry: When building balanced structures like houses or vehicles, build both sides simultaneously to keep them even

Do not worry if you have never used these techniques before — your instruction manual will guide you through them step by step.

4. Troubleshooting

Here are some common issues and how to solve them:

Q: My bricks are too tight and difficult to separate.
A: Use a brick separator tool (included in some sets) to gently pry them apart. If you do not have one, carefully use your fingernails or a flat, non-sharp tool to separate them.

Q: I made a mistake and need to remove a piece from the middle of the build.
A: Use a brick separator or carefully work the piece loose from the edges. Do not pull too hard, as this may damage the surrounding structure.

Q: Some pieces are loose and do not stay in place.
A: First, check that you are using the correct piece for that step. If it is the correct piece, press it down firmly. Most building blocks have a slight friction fit that improves once multiple pieces are connected together.

Q: I lost a piece during assembly.
A: Please contact us at support@myaiwow.com with your order number and the part number (or a photo) of the missing piece. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

5. Advanced Building Tips

Once you have mastered the basics, here are some ways to take your building to the next level:

- Experiment with custom designs: Use pieces from different sets to create your own unique models
- Modify existing sets: Change colours, add details, or combine sets to create something new
- Display your builds: Consider using display stands or shelves to showcase your finished models
- Join the community: Share your creations on social media and connect with other builders

6. Safety Advice

Please keep the following safety tips in mind:

- Our building sets contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard for children under 3 years
- Adult supervision is recommended for children under 8 years
- Do not put bricks in your mouth or swallow them
- Keep bricks away from pets, as they may be attracted to the colours and textures
- If you are using glue or paint to customise your builds, do so in a well-ventilated area and follow the manufacturer's instructions
